Do you use AI? Is that allowed on Shopee, TikTok and Facebook?
Yes. We use AI tools to create the background, lighting, scene and video motion around your product, and we say so openly. TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) have rules for AI content. When you post our videos or realistic AI images, turn on TikTok's "AI-generated content" label or Meta's "AI info" label where required. We remind you with every delivery, and our captions leave room for an "AI-assisted visuals" note.
Will my product look different from the real thing?
No. This is our most important rule. We only change what is around your product: the background, props and lighting. We never change its shape, color, size, label or contents. If an image misrepresents your product, we redo it for free. Your buyers should receive exactly what they saw.
What photos do I need to send?
Clear phone photos are enough. Show the whole product, keep the label readable, avoid blur, and use natural light if you can. Send 3–5 photos from different angles. You don't need a special setup.
Is delivery really 24 hours?
Yes, for the Intro and Sale Season packs. The 24 hours start once your payment is confirmed and we have usable photos. The Christmas Shop Bundle (3 products) is delivered within 48 hours. During the 11.11 rush we limit daily orders so we can keep this promise.
How many products can I include?
The Intro and Sale Season packs cover 1 product (or 1 set). For 3 products, choose the Christmas Shop Bundle (₱9,999: 36 photos and 9 video ads). Social media managers, VAs and agencies can choose the white-label Agency / Reseller Pack (₱14,999: 6 product credits, use by Dec 15, 2026).
