Is there a minimum? Many studios have an engagement fee or a minimum item count.

Which files do I get? Marketplace-sized (1:1, at least 500×500 for Shopee), plus transparent PNGs?
Usage rights? Can you use the images in ads, not just listings?
Video included? Usually not. Ask for short vertical clips separately.
Shipping and returns? Who pays the courier both ways, and who covers damage?
