BentaShots PH respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are
BentaShots PH makes AI-assisted product photos and short video ads for online sellers in the Philippines. You can reach us anytime on Messenger.
What we collect
- Free sample form: your name, email, mobile number, shop or social media link, and any product photos you choose to upload.
- Orders: the product photos you send us, your Messenger name and the payment receipt screenshot you send.
- Basic security data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam. We do not store your raw IP address with your details.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site uses your browser's storage only to remember that you already saw or filled in the free sample form, so we don't show it again.
Why we use it
- To make and send your free sample and reply to your request.
- To contact you about your sample and our offers, which you agree to when you tick the consent box.
- To deliver orders, process refunds and keep basic business records.
Who can see it
We never sell or share your contact details with other companies. Your details are stored privately on Vercel, our website host. To create your images, your product photos are processed with AI image tools; we don't send your name, email or mobile number to those tools.
How long we keep it
We keep free sample requests for up to 12 months, and order records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, and object to marketing messages. To do any of these, message us on Messenger. We'll act on your request as soon as we can. If you think we mishandled your data, you can also contact the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
